St. Joseph’s Academy carries every Guardian through the full K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum, Junior High in Grades 7 to 10 and Senior High in Grades 11 to 12, one continuous formation without ever leaving the Grove.
Junior High School
Grades 7 to 10, built on MATATAG.
Junior High runs on DepEd’s MATATAG Curriculum, built around foundational competencies, critical thinking, and values integration woven through every learning area. Classes stay small enough that a teacher still knows every Guardian by name.
Senior High School
The Strengthened Senior High School.
Our Senior High runs the new Strengthened SHS, a focused program where every Guardian specializes early, choosing one of three Academic Track clusters to shape their final two years around where they are headed.
STEM
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. For the Guardians drawn to formulas, systems, and the sciences, headed toward engineering, medicine, and research.
ASSH
For the Guardians who read the world through people, ideas, and language, headed toward the humanities, public service, and the social sciences.
BE
For the Guardians already thinking like builders, headed toward business, management, and enterprises of their own.
All cluster offerings follow the Department of Education’s minimum section size and faculty requirements. The Principal announces the clusters available each enrollment period.

The curriculum is enriched by SJA’s Catholic and Josephian formation program, weaving values education, faith-based reflection, and community service into everyday learning. Classes stay small enough to keep that formation personal.
